Privacy note

Here’s the short version of how we look after your details on the shelf. The full privacy policy for Bakes & Brews is on our main website.

What we keep

Your name, email and profile photo from Google or Facebook when you sign in. You can change the name and photo in your profile.
The neighbourhood, phone number and shelf you choose in your profile.
If you sell: what you post, your rack photos, and the payout contact you give us so we can pay you.
When you hold something: the name, phone and email you type, so we can give you your pickup code and find your hold at the counter.

To run the shelf: show who grew each item, keep holds, and pay sellers.
To email you pickup codes and the updates you choose in your profile. We don’t send texts.
Other neighbours only see your public profile: your name, neighbourhood, photo and anything you add about yourself. Your phone, email and payout contact stay private.
We never sell your details or use them for ads.

We store the shelf’s data with Supabase, host the site with Vercel and send emails with Resend. They keep it only to provide those services to us.

You can change your details and email choices in your profile at any time, and delete your account whenever you like.
