Delete your data

You can delete your Community Shelf account and the details that go with it at any time. It takes a minute, and you don’t need to ask us first.

Delete it yourself

Sign in with the same Google or Facebook account you used before.
Open your profile from your name at the top of the page.
Choose “Delete my account” at the bottom and confirm.

What we delete

Your profile: name, neighbourhood, photo and what you wrote about yourself.
Your private details: email, phone, payout contact and email choices.
Your photos, and posts that never went on a shelf.
Your sign-in, so the account can’t be used again.

We keep a record of past sales without your name, because the café has to keep its accounts. If we still owe you money, we’ll pay it first, so tell us how you’d like to be paid before you delete.

Can’t sign in?

Ask at the counter or call (925) 301-8384, and we’ll delete it for you.
